Nozomi Ueda/Clarinet
A native of Japan, Ms. Ueda began her musical education at Osaka College ofMusic. After receiving bachelor's degree, she went to the United States andcompleted her master's degree at the Juilliard School. Coming back to Japan in1999, she won the first prize at the 68th Japan Music Award. Since then, she hasbeen performing as a recitalist, chamber musician and orchestral playerthroughout Japan. She also received a diploma of the 2nd Carl NielsenInternational Clarinet Competition and several domestic music awards
