Mayumi Okamoto/Bassoon

Mayumi Okamoto was born in Shiga, Japan in 1975. Studied fagotto with TakeoMitsunaga since 1990. While studying at Kyoto City University of Arts, sheparticipated in the Pacific Music Festival in 1997. After graduating from theuniversity in 1998, she received a two-year contract with the Hiroshima SymphonyOrchestra as a substitute.
